Desert

Desert have low range of water. They don't have to be hot they are classify as Antarctica because if it doesn't rain less than 10 inches it is a desert. There are many animals that live in the desert, desert tortoise that spend much of the time underground, desert birds and much more. If a predator comes the animal has to adapt to their habitat. Some plants like the cacti they have special means of storing water. Other plants have roots growing deep underground for water. Global warming also threatens the desert. Higher temperatures may increase number of wildfires.
